Our Impact
The impact of the Foundation grows from strength to strength. This philanthropic support of our donors has enabled the club to achieve and complete the club’s relocation and development of its spiritual home in Moorabbin, RSEA Park and Danny Frawley Centre.
We have the first-class facilities, now, our sights are firmly set on investing in the areas that will enhance the competitive advance of our football programs. We are unwavering in our pursuit to deliver the club’s next Premiership.

Competitive advantage
The Foundation plays a crucial role in building and sustaining a high-performance culture that gives St Kilda FC AFL, VFL and AFLW players a competitive edge.
By investing in elite coaching, sports science, leadership programs, and player welfare initiatives, we ensure that our athletes have access to best-in-class resources that drive success. Additionally, our commitment to maximising the soft cap enables us to attract and retain top talent, strengthening our pursuit of sustained on-field success and ultimately delivering the club’s next premiership.
Next Generation
Our Next Generation Academy (NGA) is a cornerstone of our talent development strategy, identifying and nurturing the next generation of AFL stars from diverse backgrounds. The NGA provides emerging athletes—particularly those from Indigenous and multicultural communities—with expert coaching, skill development programs, leadership training, and pathway opportunities into the AFL system.
Through this initiative, we are not only fostering elite talent but also strengthening our connection with the broader football community in Melbourne’s South.
elite facilities
World-class facilities are fundamental to our ability to compete at the highest level. The Moorabbin precinct, including the Danny Frawley Centre for Health and Wellbeing, provides state-of-the-art training, recovery, and rehabilitation resources for our men’s and women’s programs.
Continued investment in our high-performance infrastructure ensures that we remain at the forefront of innovation in strength and conditioning, medical care, and game preparation, giving our players every possible advantage.
AFLW
The Foundation proudly supports our AFLW program, empowering the next generation of female footballers and strengthening pathways for women in the sport. Investment in our AFLW team extends beyond on-field performance—it fosters leadership, resilience, and professional development opportunities for our players, ensuring they have the support needed to excel in their careers.
Additionally, the Foundation is committed to enhancing the AFLW home game experience at Moorabbin, reinforcing the ground as a true fortress for our women’s team.
By championing equality and expanding our female football program, we are shaping the future of women’s sport and inspiring young girls to pursue their football dreams.
grassroots
At the heart of the club is our deep connection to the community.
The Foundation actively supports grassroots participation, multicultural and Indigenous scholarships, cultural awareness programs, and pathways for underrepresented groups. Our Saints Play, Wheelchair, and Blind football teams provide opportunities for people of all abilities to engage with the game, reinforcing our commitment to inclusion and diversity.
By investing in these initiatives, we are ensuring that football remains accessible and welcoming for all, while fostering a passionate and engaged St Kilda supporter base throughout Melbourne’s South.
